Mazda release UK prices for their new MX-30 all-electric car

Mazda has just released prices for the MX-30 which is the brand’s first all-electric car. The prices of the new electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) from the Japanese car producer will start at £25,545 (including in the Plug-in Car Grant).

The new electric MX-30, which was launched to the world in October last year, is a family-sized SUV with a 35.5kWh lithium-ion battery. This delivers a range of around 124 miles (200 km) and comes with AC charging up to 6.6kW and DC rapid charging designed to meet CCS standards at 50kW. The MX-30 can be charged up to 80 percent in 36 minutes using a 50kW charger.

Mazda will be launching the MX-30 First Edition, which has a limited run of 500 and will be ready for delivery in March 2021. This limited-edition electric car will cost £27,495 (including in the Plug-in Car Grant).

Following the First Edition, Mazda will then deliver MX-30 SE-L Lux where prices start at £25,545, the MX-30 Sport Lux with prices starting at £27,545 and the GT Sport Tech starting at £29,845. All prices here include in the Plug-in Car Grant.
