Former motorcycle racer and TV star, Guy Martin, has moved away from his petrolhead roots and purchased a Honda-e electric car. Martin, who is the holder of five Guinness World Records, took a trip to D.M. Keith Honda near his home in Grimsby to purchase the Honda-e.
Martin, who was sponsored by Honda in motorcycle race days, was keen to join the electric movement and the Honda-e was his first-choice for the job. The combination of futuristic technology, dynamic performance and enjoyable driving experience caught Martin’s eye and made the decision easy for his latest purchase.
Guy Martin, said: “There was only one winner for me when it came to choosing an electric car. I have always been a fan of Honda and going electric with the Honda e seemed like the next natural step, especially to do my bit in contributing towards the environment. The team at D.M Keith Honda were really accommodating and made the switch over to electric an easy one.”
