myenergi has revealed plans to expand its multi-million-pound UK flagship headquarters. The brand, who are an award-winning designer and manufacturer of renewable energy products for eco-smart home management and home electric car chargers, has announced the second phase of development at its all-new state-of-the-art eco headquarters in Lincolnshire.

The first phase of the project, which is due to complete in July, will see the engineering and design departments relocated to a purpose-built 15,000ft²  facility at the Stallingborough Business Park. Phase two, which is currently in the planning stages, will see a 45,000ft² production facility added to the site.

The advanced manufacturing centre will feature brand new assembly lines and the latest production technologies. Bright, modern and spacious, the facility will be designed to set the standards in capability and productivity, optimising production of myenergi’s globally acclaimed product range.

With a commitment to minimising operational impact, the new development will target carbon neutrality. Embracing the most sustainable building techniques possible, the new facility will feature photovoltaics panels, alongside a whole host of eco-smart renewable energy management technologies.

The new production site is set to be operational by July 2022. This facility will enable myenergi to triple its production output and further expand its product portfolio. This proves that more people are becoming switched on to a more eco way of living and the demand for home electric cars chargers is increasing.

Dr Chris Horne, myenergi CTO, said: “Demand for our pioneering range of eco-smart home management technologies continues to increase. From our zappi EV charger to our eddi microgen diversion device, our product range is proving pivotal to the smart homes of tomorrow.

“While our production outputs have increased, so too has our team. We’ve increased this number by almost tenfold, employing our 195th team member earlier in June.”

Jordan Brompton, myenergi CMO and co-founder, said: “Humanity is at a crossroads. From what we eat and what we wear, to how we travel and how we live, ensuring there’s a planet left for our great grandchildren requires fundamental change, and it’s up to all of us to take up the gauntlet.

“With myenergi, our inspiration has always been to create a positive impact, push the boundaries of possibility and change the world through pioneering green technologies. Announcing the second phase of development at our brand new eco headquarters is the next step in our journey to provide homeowners worldwide with complete energy independence.”
